Holger Weik

Key Account Manager, Germany

Holger has nearly 30 years experience in the motor vehicle industry. He started his career in sales at a Renault dealership in Hamburg before advancing into management of the entire dealership. He thereafter moved into managing a second dealership in Hamburg before moving on to focus almost exclusively on cross border trade in EVs between Germany and Finland. He conducts detailed research into the German motor vehicle market and acts as the linchpin on all matters connected with motor vehicle trading in Germany. Holger speaks of course Fluent German as well as English.

Florin Moldovan

Key Account Manager, Italy & Romania

Florian has over 20 years experience in the cross border trade of motor vehicles. His expertise lies in the import to Romanian as well as the German & Italian motor vehicle markets. Florin is fluent in Romanian, English and Italian with a working knowledge of German and French.

Bogomil Bedynski

Key Account Manager, Poland

Bogumil has over 20 years experience in the automotive retail industry having started in sales of motorbikes in Warsaw.  Since then Bogumil developed his experience in retail sales focusing on sourcing customers for various dealerships in Warsaw, including after sales customer care, before moving on to focus on wholesale customer handling.

For the past 15 years he has specialised in B2B customer acquisition, market research and analysis, and the building and management of longer-term business relationships within the wholesale vehicle supply market. 

He is an effective leader in recruiting and training traders focused on delivering results in the wholesale vehicle supply market.

Adrian Janeczk

Key Account Manager Poland

Adrian has over 15 years of experience in the automotive industry with a passion for all things around cars. His experience began at age 12, working as a part time mechanic during his school holidays at a large automotive shop in Poland. His passion for the industry ultimately led him to partner in opening a large car repair shop specialising in repairs, sales, and purchasing of vehicles for inventory. The experience gained in business led him to open his own bespoke and highly successful auto repair business. With a wealth of experience, a lifelong love for the automotive industry, and a commitment to providing exceptional service, Adrian is dedicated to helping clients achieve the best results possible.

Sayed Tantawy

Key Account Manager, United Arab Emirates & North Africa

Sayed began his career in retail more than 15 years ago before progressing into the oil and gas industry as a key account executive for one of Asia’s largest oil and gas producers where he was responsible for driving their business development activities for various products in the Middle East. The desire to become more customer facing has recently led him to enter various business development roles in Dubai’s real estate sector. Throughout his professional career, he maintained an active interest in the trade of motor vehicles, something on which he is now exclusively focussed. He maintains a detailed working knowledge of various countries’ VAT and Customs frameworks which are critical in cross border motor vehicle trading.

 

Imen Bejaoui

Key Account Manager North Africa & France

Imen has spent her entire career in customer facing roles, the latest being an adviser to clients wishing to establish their own business in the Middle East. She specialises in navigating the numerous bureaucratic processes involved in establishing businesses, offering visas, residency and licences in the UAE. Imen is fluent in Arabic, French and English and focuses on bridging the Middle East markets with Europe.

Maria Potchinkova Larsen

Head of internal sales team & Logistics

Maria has a diverse background and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Logistics. She has held several senior administrative positions in a number of companies and is accustomed to handling complex customer service enquiries and logistics issues.
